How much do therapy or coaching sessions cost?

$174.00/50 minute session

How are services delivered?

Sessions are held virtually through zoom, over-the-phone, or at your work site.

Work site sessions are offered to those in the Vancouver or Lower Mainland area of BC Canada.

Please contact me for work site counselling fees.

How much do you charge for educational/training services?

Please contact me directly to discuss fees for these services.

Do you take insurance?

If you have other extended health benefits I will provide a receipt upon payment and you submit the receipt for reimbursement.

If your benefits include counselling through GreenShield Health or Family Services Employment Assistance Program your sessions are paid through these services. Please access these service through the respective companies and request me by name.

What happens if I’m late to session?

Things happens - I wait 15 minutes before leaving the session and then send you an email to check in. If you know you are going to be late feel free to let know through text or an email.

What if I have to cancel?

I ask client’s to let me know at least 24hrs before their appointment if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. I often have a waitlist and appreciate the heads up so I can offer the spot to someone else.

I also understand that life happens and that sometimes it just doesn’t workout to come to session. If you miss a session without a 24hr cancellation notification - no problem. If it happens regularly, I will charge the regular rate for the session.

If you are a client through FSEAP or GreenShield Health a late cancelation costs you a session.
